The Liberal Studies Department offers a foundation in social work and community development. Our programs foster critical thinking, empathy, and leadership, helping students build stronger communities through service and advocacy.

Our Courses
We offer a progressive pathway in social work and development:
- Social Work and Community Development (Level 4): A 1-year program examined by TVET-CDACC.
- Social Work and Community Development (Level 5): A 2-year program examined by TVET-CDACC.
- Social Work and Community Development (Level 6): A 3-year program examined by TVET-CDACC.
Career Opportunities
Graduates can become social workers, counselors, program coordinators, or community development officers in NGOs, government, and civil society organizations.
