The Department of Hospitality and Institutional Management prepares students for vibrant careers in hospitality, tourism, and beauty. We combine hands-on training in professional kitchens, salons, and service areas with creative design and customer service education.

Our Courses

The department offers a diverse range of courses:

• Tailoring and Dressmaking (NSC 1): A 6-month program examined by NITA.
• Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy (NSC 1): A 6-month program also examined by NITA.
• Food and Beverage Production (NSC 1): A 6-month program examined by NITA.
• Food and Beverage Production and Service (NSC 3 Level 3): A 6-month course examined by NITA.
• Cake Making & Decoration (Short Course): A 1-term course with an internal certificate.
